Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. STORE CREDIT ONLY!

Store credit is only offered on items that are damaged in transit or the wrong item was shipped to you.

  • You have 10 business days after you receive the item(s) to be eligible for store credit. 
  • Email proof of purchase (order number) and pictures of damage items to twotwentfivecollection@gmail.com 
  • Please only 24 hours to respond to email. 
  • Shortly after, you will receive a store credit via email if your item(s) has been approved.
